Letting details:

 

Check-in time is 4.00pm                   Check-out time is 10.00am

 

Stay can commence any day of the week. Prices shown are inclusive of all taxes. Weekly prices shown in online calendar are for Saturday to Saturday. For a 7 night stay that commences on any day other than Saturday, the higher weekly rate should be used.

 

The weekly rates shown on the availability calendar are fully inclusive of bed linen,towels, and cleaning charges but do not include the refundable good housekeeping deposit of £150.  Subject to apartment being returned in reasonable condition the good housekeeping deposit will be refunded in full as soon as practicable after the end of the let. Please note: the apartment is strictly no smoking and no pets - any infringement of this rule will result in loss of the good housekeeping deposit.

 

Minimum stay is 2 nights. For stays of less than 7 nights, the charge will be the nightly rates as shown in the online availability calendar plus a £70 change over fee. Weekend rates shown apply Sat & Sun night, weekday rates apply Monday to Friday nights. The maximum charge for a stay of less than a week will be the higher weekly rate.

 

Payment, Deposit & Cancellation:

 

Deposit: At time of booking a deposit of £150 is payable. Rentals for the Christmas & New Year period must be paid in full at time of booking.

 

Balance: The balance of the rental plus a good housekeeping deposit of £150 is due 6 weeks before the start of the let. Failure to pay the balance may result in loss of deposit and the booking will lapse.

 

Cancellation: Up to 6 weeks before start of let, cancellation is free of charge and your deposit will be refunded.

If the booking is cancelled less than 6 weeks before start of  let, we reserve the right keep the full rental fee, no matter the circumstances. If another rental can be arranged, your deposit will be refunded less £50 admin fee.

 

Late Booking: 10% discount applies to bookings made within 10 days of start of let.

 

Insurance: If you are concerned about the cost of cancellation please seek advice from an independent advisor.
